Anyone running 12 VALVE DDP injectors?

Anybody running DDP 3s or 4s? What kind of mileage increase/decrease did you see? I know it depends on how heavy your foot is, but assuming you have some control, what can I expect?

Also, is anyone running the 4s w/ stock turbo? What kind of EGTs are you seeing?

I rarely see 900* w/ my current mods, and can't peg 1000*. W/ ported head, cam, intake and exhaust, and 17.5* timing, should I be alright w/ the 4s? This is all at sea level, and DE is flatter than a pancake! Thanks!

I've got the 4's in my truck. They're awesome. 18.5* timing, ported head, stock cam, sps62 turbo. I get right at about 18mpg on the highway, and I generally average 85mph, and I'm not affraid to lay on it to pass!

I can get it hot for sure, but I've also got the pump cranked up pretty good.

Get the 4's... You'll love them... they'll inspire you to buy a real turbo

Bobcat698 has them in his sledpuller, when I talked to him a while back he had nothing but good things to say about them. I have heard from other people as well great things about them.

they're great, they pour the fuel, but it's easy to control smoke, and you can set the pump up to not make too much heat

you need a turbo... my old 97 wasn't even that bad with 370's, zero plate, and hx40 at 10000ft... it got hot, but not in three seconds from a dead stop!

Richard "Maddog" Madsen runs them in his 12 valved Ford. He loves them, enough to say they're the best.

Thanks for the help guys. Think I'm gonna go w/ the DDP4s. Was thinking about the 3s, but I really hate buying something and then needing to upgrade a few months or year later. Rather do it once, even if I have to keep my foot out of it until I get the cash to upgrade turbos. Yeah, there are some big power trucks running these. Maddog, BigBadDodge, etc. Can't wait- makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside

What kind of heat are you getting? Curious because i have the same turbo/injectors but dont have the 100 plate yet just a 12.. and the truck wont run yet now that I put the ddp4's in. But its nice to know what it might be like some day.

going from 2000rpm in 6th at WOT, I'll be just touching 1600* at 3500rpm. the needle climbs nice and slow, and I don't even look at it during normal driving.
