anyone have black steel wheels on thier truck?

my stock wheels are getting dinged up and i'm looking for a low cost alternative. i was considering black steel are 767's, but not sure how they would look. figured i'd ask if anyone has done this and if you have pictures. thanks

I tend to think the black wheels look best on the Sport trucks - yellow, red, white, etc. because of the contract factor with the monochrome pain scheme.

I've got the AR 767's 16x8 on mine - This is the 3rd truck I've had this set on and I love them. Darn near indestructible and easy to take care of. I just uploaded some pics into my gallery, they should be available soon.

What are the weight ratings for these wheels?
I thought they were light duty.

AR 767 are definitely NOT light duty....the best part about the steel wheels is you dont really have to look after them, hit them with a coat of black hammertite paint when they need it and you're good to go.

The AR's, as Dr. Evil said, are not light duty, in fact they will typically have a higher load rating than some of the "discount aluminum" wheels so popular all of the sudden. Plus, if you dent one and loose a bead on the trail you can wack it back in shape with a hammer. Try that with aluminum! I like the looks of the aluminum, when they're clean, but with the winters up here and the mud and gravel the rest of the year, the clear coat on the wheels doesn't last to long and it's a veritable nightmare tryin to keep them halfway decent after that happens. Just my .02!
