All you could really do is port match your exh. ports to your manifold right up to the size of the gaskets. Also match the turbo and manifold port to the size of the gasket. I would use a die-grinder. It's supposed to help a bit for flow and you'll be amazed how much bigger you can make the ports.

The most gain is in the bowl area..... There are some good pics floating around on the net showing the before and after results. Be careful and don't get carried away by removing too much material.
