Anybody running a Catcher and a Redline Box?

I have been trying to define any substantiated results from running a Catcher with a Blue Chip Redline box. Specifically I would like to know if there was any gain/loss on the dyno for Torque and HP, or were times at the track reduced/increased.

Any info would be great, but please no "seat of the pant" impressions I am only interested in verifiable data.

Thanks,

Doug

it IS kinda pricey... not too many FMS boxes get talked about either.
for the HO, doesn't it seem to be about the ultimate? highly adjustable and no timing, right?

...or is it one of those items that is run by some of those guys that don't talk about their truck's configuration? i understand why some competitive trucks don't get discussed, but no response?
good/bad?
like it/hate it?

Well I run this box and personally love it. I would not recommend it for somebody wanting nice smooth power on the street or towing with fuel turned up. But on the dyno or operating under WOT the truck is extremely smooth! The box is aggressive no bones about it. I made over 30 more Hp than with a Drag Comp, but that not really a fair comparisson due to I installed a new head at the same time. Most guys have picked up 15-20 HP over a Drag Comp. The box does throw a check engine light but I also have 4000 rpm to play with......

Doug, glad to hear you like the Redline box. I'd say a CaTCHer ECM would compliment the Redline box very nicely since the Redline box does not control timing. The CaTCHer can handle the timing advance and the Redline can handle the fueling.

I've got one of the rare TST-Reflashed ECM's and I can tell you that it didn't like an Edge Comp at all...way too much timing. I swapped to the adjustable TST PM3 (non-Comp version) and it has very smooth power delivery now, great for a daily driver. On a side note Doug, I thought your 24V truck was P-Pumped?
