Any Mileage increase with Edge Juice w/ attitude

I know a guy selling an Edge Juice w/ Attitude fairly cheap and was wondering if it would be worth buying. I pull a trailer every day (about 3K total weight), nothing big. Is their a mileage increase with these tuners? I am also looking at it from the standpoint that I NEED gauges as well. Are there drawbacks to towing with it?

Thanks

It would be a good investment. Your mileage will increase if you dont keep your foot in it.

I went from 17-18 to 21. I think it is worth the price just because of all the gauges built into one. Im sure it would tell me how I felt if I plugged it into my skull.LOL

P.S. Don't expect the turbo timer to work. Many edge owners including myself have found this out. I would'nt let that scare me away from a deal though.

I like mine, you can set alarms on every setting and just drive. It will chirp chirp if the parameters you set have been breached.

What setting do you keep it on to get the best mileage?

I have mine set on 3x5 all the time.(no pump wire tap as of now). Towing is where you will really notice the difference in mileage, went from 10-12 to 14-15 pulling 6,000 lbs. Empty I gained about 3. 01 auto w/3.55's (this is also 70-75 mph)

My town driving has gone from 17 mpg to 19 mpg. Haven't done much highway driving since installing the Edge so I'm anxious to see what I get. Before the edge J/A I was getting 20-21 mpg highway.

I wont have to worry much about not keeping my foot mashed on the skinny pedal. I trained myself to fight that urge long before I got this truck. Now that fuel prices are where they are, it makes it even easier to drive conservatively.

The gains I had were on stage 1. But, this week I will be doing it on stage 3. I will let you know what I find. I figured the higher stage would be better with easy driving because it lowers the load percentage. Who knows?

Please if anyone has a test of mileage on different stages, please chime in.

I went from 16 stock to now 24HWY. This is combination of the electronics, cam and turbos though.

I run the box on 1X1 for daily driving.

I have tried different levels for daily driving and mileage, and for the way I drive 2x4 has proven to give the best mileage. Not sure if there is a diff between my comp and your juice. I know of other trucks that do better on 3x3 for the way they drive, so there is no setting that will work across the board. It just depends on your driving style. In theory putting it on kill should give the best numbers but that would take a very light foot, if you are pouring out the black stuff you need to adjust it, if you want mpg that is. I have a semi heavy foot so that is why I run mine down lower.

i run on 3X1, it helps save my stock transmission by keeping the power at higher boost levels and it also feels a little weird down low like the power is there but you have to get into it a little more.

I run mine on 5x3 for daily driving and run it on 3x3 when towing. I could probably gain a little better mileage running on a lower setting for normal driving but I have gotten used to the power of 5x3 so anything less feels like something is wrong. I get around 17 hand calc'd daily and around 10 towing 16,000lbs.

Ok guys, I have a juice w/ attitude, but don't understand what you mean by 3x1 or 3x5, etc. I run mine on level one of 5 levels and only get 18mpg tops out of it, usually around 17. That's about 1 or 2 better than without. Towing 13000 on level 2, I get about 10. I tried running it on level 3 and the milage got worse. What are you guys doing that got you up in the 20's, and mid teens while towing?? And yes if monitors fuel pressure.
