I can't seem to find one. Are there any out there? If so, which is best?

No, the 12v's don't use electronics, it is all manual. Welcome to DTR. Do some reading, there is also a search option for looking up info and ask away for suggestions on your truck there will be no shortage on advice on how to spend {your} money on making your truck perform better. Goodluck,,Rick

All Mechanical but don't believe it can't be made to make a LOT of power.
After you get some guages and beef up your auto tranny or clutch whichever you have here are some great Diesel Performance websites. You will want to change torque plates and your governor spring kit aka 3 or 4K "GSK". Then there is hi flow injectors and delivery valves "DV's" more boost and different turbo's and hi flo intakes and exhaust. Welcome !

1st good ole "TOP" or Lary right here... http://store.dieseltruckresource.com/2ndgedoram19.html

Nope

they are all mechanical, They do use One PCM tho, it regulates the gauges and so forth, and they are pretty tough units, although mine did fail on me, overcharging was the main effect
