www.southwestwheel.com sells the adapters I believe.
They don't list the adapters seperatly, but I'm sure if you called them they could hook you up.
BTW, the 19.5's that they show have the same bolt pattern as 22.5's and 24.5's.

Looks too "blingy" for me .....bigger is cool until it gets to the point where it is so horribly impractical that it is just silly.....19.5'2 w/225's (maybe 245's with a small lift) would be my limit on a CTD dually....
