Question Air Filter

Just a quick question. Can I pick up any horsepower by replacing stock air filter with a K&N type filter. Just looking for a little HP cheap.

While some will undoubtedly disagree, A K&N filter is definitely NOT the best choice for a diesel application. A much better choice would be to lose the stock airbox and get an AFE Proguard 7 :
