Advantage Of 0 Plate Over A 100 Plate

whats advantages of a 0 plate ovr a 100 plate and is thre any down falls?

more fuel down low with the 0 plate. a 100 plate is a combo of a 10 plate and a 0 plate.

I think if you are running a tighter AFC, you won't even notice the difference between them. And if you are running a loose/gutted AFC, you probably won't notice the difference in the smoke, as it will be lots with either plate.
