The jumper has nothing to do with getting 4K??? Where did you come up with that?

I had a TST Comp/Smarty stack. The Adrenaline is faster at the track, has more choices, adds power quicker and I gained 23 HP on the dyno. I got an honest 175-180 hp with the Adrenaline, which is previously unheard of on automatics...from any box.
Don't know what kind of difference you will see with your HO engine??

Im addicted to the comp tune, just not the light surging. Has enough timing so that it got me 16.5 mpg doing 100% city driving aggressively. If I could find a tune with the same power characteristics of the comp without the surge at 55mph i'd have a box that couldn't get any better.

Power curve set to aid spool up and get higher boost on the dyno. That's my understanding but don't know specifics.
Edit: Found Quad's explanation of Dyno tune.... HERE.

Only thing that I don't understand is that Quad says the tunes are undriveable. The new comp tune seems to be the smoothest, most powerful tune yet in my truck. I'll keep it loaded for more testing, but I drove it around 50 miles on PL08 with no troubles. I did get a slight sputter coming up my driveway, but nothing like the shudder from ADR2000a.

Well, in all fairness...... the above quote from Quad on the dyno tune was from mid April.
I suspect that's a lifetime ago in tune development!

Just got off the phone with my brother, he likes the 1006 tune. He said that the comp tune shudders really bad on his truck. 98.5 RV275's, fass equipped.
