Go into the custom tuning menu and select the Factory Default as the tune you want to run and see if it returns.

If that does not work go into the menu and see if the # of Power Levels is set to 4. 4 Power Levels = 0-3

PS. I bet the jump from PL02 to PL03 is quite large!!!
It didn't seem like a big jump from 2 to 3. I was just driving around town though and not on it at all. Just loaded the new tune and did not mess with custom tuning....as a matter of fact, I have yet to mess with that at all. I'll check the menu's though. Thank you for the suggestions.

Unplug and plug back in?
I updated my pulse last night and the same thing happened to me (nothing above PL3). I havent had time to play with it yet other than un plug and plug back in. That didnt fix it. I was wondering if I needed to re load the comp tune. I will try what qzilla said first. Is there any instructions anywhere on how to run the new pulse version (custom tuning, saving tunes, ect...)? Hope we arent hijacking this thread.

it seems you guys are loading a tune and trying to run tune 1 or tune 2.
you have to go into custom tuning and select factory not NOT TINE 1 OR TUNE 2
the only way that tune 1 and tune 2 wil work is if you save a tune in 1 or 2
if you never save a tune they dont do anything!

Ok, lets see if I get this. After updating the pulse I didn't do anything but start my truck and drive and that was the result.

So the after updating the pulse you have to go in and play with it before it will work right? (Or did I not update it correctly)

You have to run one of the new tunes off Quad's site. Get rid of all your old tunes and start over. The new tunes take care of all known issues with the AD.

I updated the new comp tune a couple of weeks ago. I updated my pulse lastnight. Do I have to re load the new tune since I updated the pulse?

i no we have been over this but ill post again....

yes download the tune off the site
connect your computer to the box via the cable and upload it into the box
the tune u uploaded will be the considered factory tune in the custom tune screen
while your in your truck
if you save it to tune 1 it will become tune 1 and also factory tune

so
what i did was upload comp tune and save it as tune 2
then upload 2000 tune and save it as tune 1
then upload 1000 and it stays as factory tune
so now u have 3 tunes you can choose from on the fly
hope this helps

Same here, I did nothing but run the new tune. I did not update my Pulse, I did that a couple months back to activate custom tuning for beta test but never used the ct....just haven't been running my truck with $5 diesel. Just started driving it again about a month ago.

Got in the truck to see what was going on with the settings. Went into custom tuning and it had an "x" next too "tune 2" so I assume as Quad said it was on tune 2 and thus only 3 levels. I saved that tune which was the Comp tune to tune 2 and now I'm going to load ADR2000 and ADR 1000 as mentioned earlier. We'll see how things shake out. Thanks for the suggestions.

When you go under custom tuning menu, you get to choose numbers of power levels under "tuning parameters".

when you select them there isnt a tune the truck runs worse than stock and has no power and 4 levels.....lol
