Adjusting shift points on a torq loc

Love this Forum!
I had a BD part #1030377 torq loc installed on my 99. I like the way it locks them pressures, but, is there a way to adjust when it shifts? I'm told there is. It currently shifts @ 3100. I'd like to see it shift at 2900 since HP & torq are maxed at 28-29.
Anyone?
