ya i will have to i jest orderd a 4000gsk an afe intake and a #10 fuel plate stock trannys not gunna hold long and i am not looking forward to paying $6000+ for a new DTT tranny any other sugestions and with jest what i orderd how mutch hp/tq should i see increase

How many miles are on the tranny? Unless you plan on adding more than that I don't think you will need a whole transmission. Just a valve body on a healthy stock tranny would hold that. If you add a set of injectors a valve body and TC would probably hold those. But if you have a lot of miles I would suggest getting a basic Goerend for around 3K

Where the heck did you get that number? Also, a comparibly equipped Goerend tranny is gonna be right up there too.

A built goerends minus billet shafts is aroud 2850 plus shipping to and from. Total of around 3150. No where near $6000. and that is with converter

And a built DTT minus billet shafts is 3600 with converter, no where near $6000, so whats your point.

$750 which equals a billet shaft, + a warranty for 100,000 miles no questions, and lifetime warranty on the converter. hmmm.

Im not trying to argue with you here, I was just saying that your 6000 figure doesnt hold water, comparibly equipped. And I also never said that DTT wasnt more expensive.

this was with all billit shafts sorry i dont want to get a new tranny and do a bunch of power up graids and then blow a shaft i am jest going to do it all at once made sence to me
