95 gallon fass vs 150 gal?
Anybody running the 150gph, harry at piers told me he sells 9 : 1 (95 to 150's), I ordered a 95 gph and he mentioned that I could upgrade at no cost if I found problems, what are you guys running that have the fass?

I asked for the 150 but harry at piers stated it isn't really needed and he is a pretty knowledgable guy, I figure I got the both of best worlds if it is to small I can change, I also worried about pushing to much fuel causing heated fuel, the amount of times I run turned up at WOT in a month can be counted on one hand. He also said there are many 600 hp trucks running the 95, and the `150 is a louder pump

flowing alot more fuel couldl actually heat the fuel from the increased friction also the 150 gph has some caviatiation issues unless a 3/8" pick up feed is used, I think I'll just install the 95 and try it out, the worst that could happen is it comes out for the 150 but talking to several guys here I thnk the 95 will be fine.

I got mine from Harry also and he told me the same thing. At first I was a little hesitent as you are but I have had no issues up to this point. Not quite as fueled as you (however studs and o-rings Mon ) but you arent going to run out with the 95. Plus as you said I think the heating of the fuel issue has merit why move it if you dont need it? Also in my experience with them is if you dont like it they will make it right. IMHO these FASS units are a slick unit and my piece of mind of watching my FP gauge sit at 16-17psi reg driving and 13-14WOT makes it worth the price. Good luck
One more thing make sure you loose the quick connect fitting and just clamp the hose to the tank outlet (its a tight fit but you can get your hands in there)
