806HP on just Diesel
Well I drove to Salt Lake City Thursday and spent the day doing some mods and dyno testing on a Dynojet and made a best run of 806hp on just #2 I then drove the truck up to the Bully Dog event and took home first place in the dyno event with 793hp (they have a Mustang dyno) It was a lot of fun and I would like to thank Bullydog for hosting the event. Met a lot of nice people, and there were some nice trucks. A big thanks goes out to Diesel Performance, PDR (piers), Wide Open Performance, Edge, and Brian's Truck Shop. ;D
I will post the dyno charts when I get home.

That's a real accomplishment for the HP freaks - bet you REALLY needed earplugs and gas mask when that baby was wailin' ;D ;D ;D
Probably a "trade secret", but sure would like to know what all was done to get that awesome HP! And, did any of those runs provide torque numbers as well?
Good job! By the way, if that's the truck I think it is, I have video of it on the dyno in Vegas at May Madness...

besides the various things that you can do with the pump (#0 plate, and position, DV's, cam etc.), it seems that you simply need the right set of injectors. the stoopid pump will obviously help, but a good set of injectors that atomize very well with the pump pressures is what will give the hp. the air supply obviously matter on how it's set up. but the injectors seem real important so as not to get ones that simply dribble the fuel in and give too much smoke.

Tom

Man-Oh-man!!!,,,,,
Hey Richard,
You need to drive that thing up to the Ford headquarters and tell them "See,,,,, that's why you should have put a Cummins in your trucks" ;D
All of you Horsepower Junkies amaze me with the kind of power you find in these little six-bangers. ;D

The stoopid pump will obviously help:

Rammer, the stoopid pump is a long way away from bolts on's, there is nothing on the inside that is stock on these pumps, that is why the 160 pumps work good, it's just shell.

Jim

Now what?
[/quote]

Yes its a Ford truck ???

Richard gave up on the PowerStroke and properly equipped the truck to make horsepower, and its a very nice install indeed. Hes worked long and hard on it, I am not sure if most people realize how long it took him to get it squared away. Glad to see its paying off now..........

i think that it's a nice truck. if i had the money, i'd put my motor into a crew cab 99+ ford. i have seen a 12v in a ford (amsoil truck-gray in color). however, i'd like to see maddog's up close.
