if you are going to have the front cover off, check the torque on ALL the bolts under there including the oil pump bolts, I have seen these back out and cause severe engine damage as well as the dowel pin. The best thing to do is remove each bolt, loctite it and re-install to proper torque specs. The 4b engines are just as tough as the 6b engines so longevity should not be an issue unless you get crazy with mods, get some guages in it and watch them.

Thanks, Putzer, will do! Yes, GAUGES are the 1st item on the hop-up menu. I'm not going wild on it except for trying to get the maximum safe level of torque. I may be getting into a full time RV thing so reliability is a key issue!
