Well I called Kris and talked to her a few times. Every time I would talk to her she would have to OK it with her manager. She said the best they could do was send me a 1.5” coil spacer and a 2” block to add to the 5” block I have. I told her that stacking blocks is far from safe, and I wanted a better solution to my problem. She said she would call me back, 2 days later and no call. I call her a few days later and they send me right to her manager (Jeff) he tells me the same thing (spacer and block) and I tell him the same thing stacking blocks isn’t safe. He said he would talk with his boss and RCD and see what he could do and give me a call back. A week later and no call, so I call him and ask what’s going on? He said the best they can do is the spacer and the block. He said RCD is not standing behind their product, and won’t help top guns out at all. So I have a 1.5” spacer and 2” block coming my way, neither of which will be going on my truck. I guess I should be happy that Top Gun did something, but at the same time it’s not going to help me. I asked if they were going to be sending me new u-bolts, and they told me it was my responsibility to get u bolts made for it…. I won’t be buying from top gun or RCD again. At this point I’m just going to fix everything I can on the lift myself. I want to do a shackle flip in the rear to get rid of the block, and make my own rear sway bar links since nothing was done to relocate the rears. In the front I want to switch to a 3rd gen adjustable track bar, but I’m not sure how easy It’s going to be or if I can without serious modification now that I have RCD’s track bar relocating bracket welded to my cross member.

i cant believe that there solution was to stack lift blocks like you said that is far from safe. with the liability alone i cant believe they would recommend that much less send you one. this is absolute horrible customer service from rcd and top gun. i would be so ****** off at this point that i couldnt see straight. what makes matters worse is when they tell you they will call you back and dont. what i shady way to do business! i will never ever do business with top gun and have/will tell everyone i know not to deal with them.

I wonder why they didnt just send you the new springs as the did for me? Did they give you a reason why they wouldnt? I wouldnt stack blocks ever I hate blocks just a cheap way to lift a truck, Im sorry you didnt get the same results as I did.

I asked them why I didn't receive new coils like you did, they said that they could not send them to me because it would be to expensive to send everyone with this problem new coils. From now on they will be sending spacers not coils to anyone with this same problem. Whatever its more than I got out of them the first 2 weeks I talked to them when I had this problem.

Flynhigh205, what did Deaver ever do about your rear springs?

That sucks about having to put a block in it being that you had them built so you wouldn't have to. I guess it’s better than nothing

This is what mine looks like once I added a super lift add-a-leaf to try to level it out. I'm still at about 4.5" in the front. I think I'm just going to leave it there.
