You have to remove the air horn drill and tap a port for the sender in it. Takes about half an hour.

This picture is of a boost setup but the place to drill for an intake temp sender is the same.

Brass fitting to the upper left of the yellow cap.

Got a question, anyone every put a pressure gage on the high-press lines feeding the injectors?

The pressure is close to 20,000 psi and will pulse with every injection stroke. Doubt if the gauge would last more than 60 seconds before it failed. Besides that you would have to run injector line to the gauge. It's hardened steel with a very small hole in the middle, not designed to be bent at all.
