4000rpm

More power gives more heat, that is what I am trying to stay away from. I am towing that kind of weight with a hx-40 and 125 hp inj. I am not trying to go 80 mph just 55-60, when you tow with too much fuel and too little air you need to keep the rpms up and use the next lower gear. 4th gear almost wound out with 3.55 gears= 52-53 mph. Anyone ever drag 35k around and try to pull a 6 or 7% grade and have to stop at the bottom for a traffic light. 4000 would be very helpful

The Drag Comp will not let you see 4000. It overcomes the stock CM defueling at 2700rpm, and will fuel to 3200rpm. That means you can run to 3500 or so before you have to shift.
The Redline is the only box available for the 24V that allows 4K rpm. Thus, the price premium over other boxes, as it's a little over DOUBLE the going rate for a Comp!
