What kind of reduction in EGT's Am I looking at by switching to 4" exhaust?Have seen the adds saying 200* but I want to hear it firsthand.

nice systems, nice people.

Very reasonable pricing. A 4" system with muffler delete for our truck starts at $259.00.
Tips a cheap in price compared to ANYONE that sells exhaust.

The MBRP is a good system and an easy, well matched install at a decent price. Mine has taken a real beating and held up well.
I would not spend the money for the Banks.

Eric - with your comp & 275's I would expect a solid 100* reduction in EGT's. Your HY-35 turbo make much more than that hard to do.

eric13,

The drop you'll see will depend on the mods and or towing weights you pull etc. On average most folks see 125-150, 100 is a gimmie in almost all cases with most any mods too! Make sure you get a system with a packed muffler as the low priced ones that have a hollow can muffler will actually create a resiriction and you don't want that if you 're afetr max EGT drop etc. The MBRP like rjohnson mentioned is a very good system, it has 100% welded hangers that re use the stock rubber mounts like the OEM system. Makes install a breeze and no ugly two piece tail pipes either that are help together with clamps that show from behind on 4x4 trucks, plus a muffler packed with a ceramic blanket and stainless steel wool for a great deep tone but no drone etc. If you have questions the guys here will pipe in any minute on the systems.

I am going to try this out

I ordered this electric exhaust cutout to help lower exhaust temperatures. I ordered two of them so I could shut off the exhaust system and open up the other from the dump side
