poweremad, were the wheels you tried to put on your friends truck alluminum or steel

 

so your agreeing with me?!? lol in my earlier post i said that the only rims that will not fit are the ones with disc breaks because they will not fit over the drums. but the 2003 and newer truck have 17 so they will fit on all generation trucks. one way or another the rims from my truck will not fir on trucks with disc brakes. i was just informing the original poster that the rims he wants will fit but the only ones that wont are the ones off my truck on older dodges with drum breaks.

 

they are aluminum thanks for clearing that up my mistake. me and my buddy were really confused by the swap when we tried it. well we all learned something today... well i did at least. i thought that early model dodges had the 16.5s
