3rd Gen. Badges on 2nd Gen. Truck
I heard of this being done on another web site do any of you guys got this done ?? have any picks??
To my understanding you pop off the fender badges and replace with the new fancy ones
then you peal off the tailgate "DODGE and 4x4" stickers and put the 3rd Gen badges on.
It sounds really cool .

That is one nice truck BigBlue... Should be the T.O.M. soon I would think..
Those door badges are a real nice touch. I didn't think they were that much bigger than the stockers.
Are those gauges SPA or Dakota Digital? If you don't mind me askin..

Thanks for the compliments yall.
They WERE dakota digitals. I got tired of replacing the senders. I've got ISSPRO's. Pure mechanical. You should see the truck with the new wheels on it. It really completes the image with the badges. I can't wait to see it with the lift.

Gotta get pics of all the "before's" so you can compare to the final "after".

Phox, I don't have any pics of it with the wheels. Yet. I plan on doing before, during, and after pics. I also plan on measuring the fenders before and after to see the actual difference. Now, if I could only get skyjacker to email me the instructions.
txwelder, when I talked to them, the lonestar badge was something they were giving out for free. Just walk in and ask them.

Used to work for O'Reilly in Austin. Wonder if I can get those LONE STAR badges when I get back to AZ? Which dealer was giving them away? Maybe my dad can swing by there and pick em up for me.

Mine told me they were giving them out until they ran out and that was it. I'm sure you can order them. You better be specific on what you want cause the people behind the counters have no idea what door badges are.
