yes adjust the arm and afc and it will be making alot more power.

so how do you ge to the govner arm? is it under the fuel plate?

umm I get 12valvers under my hands, to rise the governor arm, that have been in other stupids hands...
they install fuel plates, and install them. they adjust the governor arm to a lower position, so low that it goes under the plate. thats just cuz they have no clue how the governor works.

the reason- they think they turn up the fuel, by screwing it in (like the 1st gens)
(diferent to what they do, screwing it out. does increase fuel slightly, if plate is stock, and in stock position)

my govner is hittin right at the bottem of the plate an then sliding up it, is that good?
