315's on stock truck?
Well its that time of year again to buy new tires. I had a 2" leveling kit installed, but I had to remove it because I couldnt get my truck in the garage last winter. Since then I moved into a new duplex with bigger garage doors. So at the stock ride height, will I be ok running 315's for about a month or so until I get another leveling kit, or will they rub real bad. I would try to take it easy until I get the kit installed, but I never know when I will have to go and pull my friends big old ford out of the mud. I guess I just need to know if anyone is running or has ran them without a leveling kit. TIA Joe

I am running 315/70 r17 on 10 inch rims on a 2005 Quad 4X4 with stock suspension. I had to trim the front air dam and they hit on the back of the wheel well. Might be able to mash it in some or just live with it. The 2 inch leveling kit will solve it.

Yeah they will fit. Just get you a 3 lb hammer & beat the crap out of the back of the fender well. Get your portable reciprocating saw & cut the plastic bumper molding. If it still hits, beat some more until you hit the door & cut some more until all the plastic is gone. My 305's hit the back & I have done the above, but only once.

I agree, just wait until you get the leveling kit back on!!! I'm sure you could get away for the time being if you never had any suspension flex or never made REALLY tight turns, then they might night rub much.
