i just had a 2in.level kit and 315,s toyos put on 8in american racing python wheels, which i think have 4and a half in back space.with no rub other than mudflaps.big is better, i,ve had several comments on looks of truck.with3.54 gears i havent towed yet,but was surprised that there wasn,t a whole lot of difference in throttle response.neat thing about the cummins you just push down a little farther!go bigger you love the look.has anybody took theres in to have computer changed for bigger tires as far as speedo and such?

Well, I went ahead and got the 35's. I could only talk the guy down about $3/tire. He seemed pretty ****** about that much. I went with a 315/75/16 Nitto Terra Grappler. Man said I should get around 45-50,000 out of them if I don't smoke them (which I'm gonna do my best not to do). They really look awesome. There's moderate rub at full lock on the lower control arm, but a new set of wheels (which hopefully won't be to far behind ) should solve that problem. Thanks for the input yall.

I put some BFG 12.5x16.5x35 on steel wheels I had made w/5" back space & they will rub on the bottom of the wheelwell once in a while but I guess it's nothing a 2" lift would cure. But since I don't go offroad it's no problem.

I got 305 Nittos and they lasted 35k miles the first time. Not to many burnouts on them. Probably could have got another 2or3 k miles out of them , but got a set for free from a friend so I could not pass on that. One thing though the 305 are E rated and 315s are D rated. Dont know if that will effect tire life. Tim

Well mine is about 10% off (me guessing, "your speed" radar on side of road, and a car next to me telling me their speed). If you say around 10%, I'm sure you are pretty darn close. Just tell the cop "I just put these new big tires on..I didn't even know I was speeding officer" and you should be fine.
