You will be OK. I can reach 33-34Lbs with my stocker... Just stay under 35, after that you it wont be efficent and will take life off of the charger.

That looks great, 30lbs is almost perfect. I will be perfect if you get rid of your K&N !!!! Get an AFE or at least a BHAF

K&Ns arent bad, but these trucks like dry filters, you risk alot by useing a oiled one.

aFe filters are designed for the diesel application, but they are still oiled. The high suction of a turbo sends to suck dirt and oil past the filter media. A good dry media filter like a paper BHAF or Amsoil 4510 would be a good choice.

More fuel and an adjustable boost elbow. Auto trucks use a J-hook.

You have to slow/ disable the wastegate. Either buy a j hook which is a spring what will help keep the wastegate closed to a point, or you can use a turnbuckle to hold it completely closed. Search for j hook and turnbuckle for multiple pics. Jhook is like $30 and a turnbuckle might be 5

I see you have a Quadzilla XZT+. Did it not come with a boost elbow? On your 6 speed truck you must use a boost elbow. Look at the bottom front of the turbo where the discharge tube is. You should see a rubber hose connected to a brass fitting. The brass fitting gets replaced by an adjustable boost elbow. The rubber line connects the wastegate actuator to boost pressure. It opens based on the amount of boost it sees. The adjustable boost elbow allows you to adjust how much boost the actuator sees, and keep the wastegate closed longer or completely. Actuator sees no boost, wastegate does not open, turbo builds more boost. Here is a link to a boost elbow at Vulcan Performance.
