300 Hp injectors

What do you guys think about these injectors? Do you think they would be better than putting in say a #11 torque plate? This looks like a great price for oem Bosch injectors, and less work than putting in the torque plate, and they say there would be less smoke,I am looking to get about 300H.P. out of my 1997 215H.P. Cummins http://www.citydiesel.net/300-hp-12-...l99p0mksgqk6q4

I would think removing the AFC would be a lot faster and simpler than pulling the injectors. The other thing is I had a set of 300 hp injectors (marine), they are 4 hole pattern and it did not seem like the truck ran that good. It gave some power but not what I was looking for.

I'd start with a plate - either buy one or grind your own - look at a #10. I found an AFC spring kit really helped control smoke and reduce turbo lag. After that, a GSK (3 or 4K) and then injectors. I ran those 300's, then switched to their 370's. You'll need to work on air improvements (i.e. turbo...) when you get that far.
