So I was just curious about anyone who has swapped the the 3.55 to the 3.73. Did you notice any difference towing . When I did my tranny upgrade I talked to Dave Gorend and he crunched the numbers with my tire size etc. He thought I was pretty close with my tire size. I was just wondering what you guys thought.

Too small a change to really notice much difference. What size tire are you running?

only 3.55's and 4.10's came from the factory in these trucks. 3.73's can be made, but custom work would be lotsa $$$$$$

3.73's are a Dana gear, nothing custom about them. Just have to buy two sets and have them installed. I wouldn't worry about that small of change though, its a 6% reduction.
