Its touchy and Piers said that you have less torque at an idle with the springs too tight. All out power, then 4K and tight, nice daily driver then 3K 96-98 and 4K 94-95 and I set all trucks one baby click, one medium click, and one hard click, and never a problem over 100 installed.

 

my experience is 4k fuels harder below 3000 than a 3k. 4k in everything IMO

 

seems that way but when i drove my brothers 96 auto with a 10plate full forward 3k, 16.5* and 370's, i drove my dads truck 95 5spd 10 plate,3k and 300hp injectors, and then i drove my 97 with a 0 plate full forward and a 4kgsk and a badly slipping stock auto it seems my truck does pull a lot harder then both, but then i remebered i had a 0 plate full forward and they both have 10 plates so it really just depends on what the setup's your comparing are, it really just prolongs whatever power is already there. a gsk doesn't add power, it just exteneds it.
