2nd head gasket in a month

the timing on the pump was set on a stand at a pump shop. I would think it is accurate. My mechanic doesn't have the timing tools, so I will have to figure out a way to check it. Also while looking at the pistons the fuel was clearly hitting the inside of the bowl. I belive my mechanic said he tightened the bolts to 115 lbs. They are arp studs. As far as the sequence I have no idea as I wans't there when my mechanic did it. Is there a place I could find the proper sequence.

Where you up to operating temps when you blew the head gasket? I have always made sure the water temp gauge at least starts to move before building over 10 psi of boost.
