oh and on the 2 grid heater thing i didnt mean stacking them together i meant for the twin ram if i put one under each intake....
yea im gonna run a modified hx40 over an hx50 for air and low smoke...
3k gsk and heavier valve springs probably and with 50 or 75hp injectors...
i dont know about a plate yet i dang sure aint payin 200$$ for one
.093 delivery tubes for sure with 093 lines too
what are 042 dv's? similar to 191's

the turbos i have along with a 3 piece manifold are something like
62/68/16 over 70/95/19

Those turbos seem to close in size to me, and thats a big turbine on the big charger. Most run something like an 83mm turbine, not a 95. If you are running a 62mm top charger, I'd look to something in the 75-80mm range.

If you are gonna run a twin ram, you are going to need custom lines made, not just your typical conversion lines. You may want to look into the placement of inlets vs. injector line locations. You will also need two spacers then, for clearance on the pump.

yeah the 042 dv's are similar to the 191's but they seem to run alot better. dont get quite as hot

you may be able to make a twin ram work but it will require you to bend all the lines up yourself. you can buy the unbent injection lines from scheid.

just grind your own plate its easy to do and its free that wayi. i would also swap out the spring in the afc to one of the tst springs. they will give you alot more linear fueling.

your setup looks nice ive seen 2 different sets of lines some that 90* off the pump and 90* and run back the intake manifold, then theres lines that 45* off the pump down the intake man.

Do you have all the parts already? I would just buy the whole engine, and pull the parts that you need. Only thing remaining would be the lines, and then connecting the p-pump to the low pressure fuel system.

Any pump will work. Ther are guys over 650hp on the 160/175 pumps on these conversions. The 215 pumps have timing retard notches in the plungers. Thats gonna hurt power in the higher rpms. The other pumps are all flat top plungers, so no retarding.

180 and 215 both have 181 DV's. The 215 pump retards timing based on rack travel, not on rpm. While retarded timing around 3k rpm, its still not beneficial. $1k for the 12v engine isn't a bad deal. If you plan on buying parts individually, you will spend well over $1k to p-pump a 24v. Pick up the 12v for parts.

Check the numbers on the pump to know for sure. Cali 180 pumps are a different number than the auto 180's.
