im thinking about making the move to a set of DDP4's and im on a teeter-totter between DDP4's and DDP5's. the goal is 500+hp to the rear tires on a truck that is a daily driver and tows minimally. what kind of numbers are the DDP4's producing? can 500hp be had? or do i need to save up and go with the 5's?

Why aren't you able to get there with jammer 5's? What's your power now?

I don't see in your sig but you got a bigger turbo?

 

Yeah Jammer 5s will do it no problem, I did 497/989 with my old set, and just watched a truck with an Aurora 4k, TST Comp, Van Aaken, and the Jammers do like 520 somethin.

 

i've got a II SPS62/14 on the way so i guess we'll see how that wakes up the truck on the top end.

more than likely im just immune to the power now and it doesnt seem like much, but in fact it probably really is.

just seems like ive heard about the jammer 5's fluctuating alot in HP and i feel like im on the bottom end of that spectrum...again, probably due to me being immune to the power increase.

first thing is first, and thats to get the turbo on. than taking the next step from there...maybe the DDP4's or 5's? or maybe a drag comp upgrade??

 

A guy at one of our NC dyno events laid down 540 with a hotrod pump, jammer 5's and Edge w/att plus 62/12 charger.

 

My injectors flow a little less then the off the shelf 4's. I made 356 hp on injectors only.

 

well, i found a good deal on some DDP4's so thats the route im taking.

im interested to find out how the DDP's will run compared to the jammer's....time will tell!
