215 vs 180 P-pump cam

i heard swap a 215 cam into a 160 pump, = race pump on the cheap!

whats the difference between a 180 pump cam and a 215?
is the 215 any better?

Also, my 160 pump has a stuck plunger in one barrel, can i swap one barrel and his plunger as a set from a parting out 175 pump into my 160?
(i dont see why it wouldnt work, they still fit together as a pair!

i have heard that the 215 and the 180 have the same part # for the cam. i have not verified this for sure.
i guess you could use a 175 barrel/plunger as long as it was the exact same as a 160 plunger/barrel. but i would verify the part#'s were the same at least.

part numbers are different!
but i suppose they are close to the same... where can i find that out?

but the 175 plunger slides perfectly up n down in the 160 barrel, even though
id use the 175 p&b as a pair!

any more opinions?

where can i find new Plungers and barrels? or anything for the ppump rebuild?

ok, you might wonder why i wanna do all this with a 160, its only cause these pumps sell pretty easy. There are so many guys wanting to get rid of theyre VP44. They gladly take a 160
