i would like to know if i find some injectors from a 215 motor would i get any benifit from installing them in my 180 motor ?

how would it affect fuel efficancy and power ?

If there old and the pop off pressures are weak you could end up with nothing but a new set will give about 40 hp and mpg will very. I just installed a set in our 97 (the orig, had 280,000 miles on them )and it did give a boost in power and a couple MPG.

 

What accounts for the difference in power between 1998 180 hp engines vs. 1998 215 hp engines?

I'm wondering if it was just pump settings--in which case you'd already have those injectors.
