2003 * Which Gauges
If you were going to install 2 gauges which 2 would they be?
I am going to install the steering column pod along with the EGT & Boost gauges and was wondering how important the Tranny temp is?
I do not want to loose the grab handle so the A-pillar is out of the question. I also considered the cubby hole but dont want to keep looking away while driving.
Thanks
JIM

Re:2003 * Which Gauges
I want to install EGT and Boost gauges, but I can't overcome my paranoia to drill and tap the manifold because I don't want my warranty voided. I know I'm probably worrying about it too much.
However, I really like the look of the dual gauge column mount. I want to keep my grab handle. Another option i've been thinking about is relocating my aftermarket stereo into the storage bin below the A/C controls. Then I will install the gauges where the stereo currently is.

Re:2003 * Which Gauges
I don't normally put the pyrometer post turbo, but some customers will not allow me to tap the manifold so into the downpipe it goes. They have made the argument about warranty concerns and it's thier cash so thats where it goes. I am using the Isspro EV Marine gauges (have installed some Autometer Phantoms too) in the 03 and so far I like the pillar mount the best, next vote goes to the cubby hole. Contact me if you have specific questions.
