I'm gonna have to disagree on that one. If your towing, you want to run nice and cool and not have to worry all the time about egts. I say get the gauges, go to napa and get a BHAF, and get a nice budget 4 inch exhaust, with or without the muffler(your preferance), and also get something like an XZT+. A good intake can drop egts 100* and a good exhaust maybe 50*. When you add more fuel it will run hotter.
i ran a van aaken with a straight piped exhaust and a drop in K&N and had no problems what-so-ever towing or not and i run my veichles hard!

when i first got my dodge two yrs ago when i was a senior in high school, it had the d-box superchips on it. it had a nice little kick in the pants, but it's like the saying "once ya pop, the fun dont stop"...youll want more power. it's inevitable. first you'll say dual 7" bullhaulers, then 155hp injectors, compounds, and then maybe a set of gauges![Duhh](https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/forums/images/smilies/new1/duhhh.gif)

ya that's what i'm gonna be doin is settin up compounds. By the end of march i should have the two turbos, the piping for the two turbos, the air intake, head studs, and gauges. and that's not counting the piping going out to my exisiting dual 7" bullhaulers

Gauges!
Edge Juice w/Att will have the gauges and all the power you want for your stock tranny. (assuming it is still stock)
BHAF
Boost Elbow or Turnbuckle depending on if its an Auto or Stick
Injector Nozzles

I don't think you mentioned what transmission you have, but if it's an auto you mine as well forget about a wire tapping chip and injectors, unless it's already been upgraded or is getting upgraded.
