I changed to the 18 housing to help keep the boost down but know since I just put the 191 DVs its starting to get a little high again and it definatlly pegs out the egts.

I told you them 191's add a lot of heat. Did it add much power? you might try the bigger compressor wheel from htt turbo it will add more air to keep things cool.

Yeah it runs a little hot but nothing I cant control now I just need to get a clutch. The 191s added 6lbs of boost.

I wander what my laser cut dv's are = 2.
I have tons of smoke at will and can peg both my guages when sled pulling or in 4th gear but I can also pull trailers around our hilly country easy and still keep egts under 1300* I know the truck runs good and I would be safe to say I feel a 80HP increase because its like a new truck with the new DV's.
