I have them on my 99. I don't think the 95 is different but I don't know for sure. The picture is in my gallery. The only thing is the center caps fit on the front but not on the back because the axle sticks out farther on the older trucks. I put the old caps on the back.

Yea Im sure they are nice till you go and buy tires. E rated 17" tires are a bit pricey. 
Hey Ride a HD if you ever get tired of those BIG UGLY tow mirrors Ill take them off your hands.

with the aluminum rims, i got the center caps to fit. but with the steel rims we had to use the old center caps. i have put them on a 95 4x4, a 98 12v 4x4, a 98 12v 2wd and they all went on with out a hitch.

Previous owner installed them but I love 'em. Only problem is driver mirror has no tension so it flops around. Got a wad of paper providing tension until I can pull the glass and fix it. 
You are right on the price of 17" meat, though... $$$

The price of 17 inch tires is what is holding me back from going bigger.Would like a E-rated 33 inch tire but cannot find one.Next would be to get Toyo Open Muds that are 35's & somewere around $325 a piece.Ouch.

All I know is that the weight of my 16" wheel/tire assy seems alot lighter than a stock 17" set up. The 20's on the HEMI trucks weigh a ton. It has to be effecting the performance of the truck.

Dad's 04 came with long trails on it from the dealer. He's towed plenty of weight with it, no issues whatsoever. And to be quite honest, they are wearing like iron. He has 34K on the truck now, and his tires aren't even 1/2 gone, and that is no lie!

I have never seen the sence of using big rims on a truck. I have seen fords and chevies and even cummins's with 22 inch rims down here.. and those silly lookin little tires... now what are you gonna tow with that? The 16 inch rim is universal, looks good and tires are cheaper for it now that you got 17's and all that good stuff. Heck u even got 18s on the fords now.. i cannot begin to imagine the costs of tires for those rims... Well over 300 a pop! with a 16 inch setup you can get good highway tires or even all terrains for 600 bills, thats half the tires on other rims....
that is scary to me...Tx

I used, and still use Walmart Liberator tires, great tire/traction/wear and especially price.
They are made by BF Goodrich and a 235/85-16E is $ 83.00. I can fill my dually with less than $ 350.00 installed, balanced, etc.
I suggest them to many.
Thaye have larger tires, but rate drops to D not E
