i had the same problem a couple years ago but it was because i had an injector problem. when i installed the new injectors the washer for the back injector wasent in right,(i didnt know it) i forced the injector in and then had a mist of fuel coming out of my fuel cap from compression. i dont know if you changed injectors or not but i figured id throw it out there.

Now that I think of it I just had my head studed and oringed recently so I would imagine the injectors were taken out to do that. I only drove it 3 days after that and my injection pump went out. And I havent drove it until now. So maybe a washer didnt seat right or something and with the new pressure from the new hotrod injection pump caused it to start leaking. I will def. have to check into that. But do you guys think the injection pump could put pressure like that into the return line or isnt that possible. Like I said its brand new only probally 30 miles on it dont see why it would be the problem.

Hey guys just an update on my truck. It was an injector that was causing the problem. Once the bad orings were replaced no more pressure buildup in my fuel tank. Thanks for you guys help.

just curious and off topic...but what FP are you seeing?
i only see 13 idle, and 9 WOT with my FASS...i might as well run stock lift pumps, and just replace them every 6 months to get better pressure than this FASS gives me. 1/2" lines or not, i should see more than 13.
