Pretty much just remove them by undoing all the line clamps, feed lines to injectors, returns on front, undo the large base nut and pull en out. Yes, I would definatly use a install kit, you get new copper washers for the bottom seal and also the copper deals for the return line. MAKE sure all the dirt and crud are out before yanking them, also check the bores and the general area before they go back in to make you get a good seal. Curiouus what your putting in? my 95 needs a set.

I 100% guarantee it will be faster and easier if you unhook the return and pressure fuel lines from both ends and remove them totally. Bending them just a little makes it very difficult to line up again plus you run the risk of leaks or cracking a line. The lines are hardened steel.
I use a piece of pipe 1-3/8" long, slip it over the injector after the lines are removed then screw a wheel lug nut down on it, it'll pop right off.

Make sure you clean up the sealing surfaces on the return line with some 400-600 grit sandpaper. I had some trouble with leaks until I did this.

I think Ill hold on to the 370s,Ill end up with a 215 pump truck one of these days.I think you just yank a lug off the front of your truck to pull the injectors

The same size that holds your wheels on
Not sure of the exact size but they are metric.
