Question 12v Boost gauge questions

I searched and searched and searched had had no luck finding ideas of where to tap into the intake for my boost gague. I just got my Pyro dialed in and I have boost and Trany left.

Any place better than another to use for the boost? Pic would be cool. TIA

Andy

Injector lines and air intake removed for clarity, you don't have to remove them.
I perfer to use a 1/8'' x compression 90° rather than the straight fitting supplied with most kits. I also feed the small boost tubing through a larger tubing to protect it from cuts and abrasions. Also makes it easier to route without kinking.

If you haven't installed a plate or boost elbow the factory max setting is 18 psi for your truck. You'll find the stock specs for your truck here-

Good deal thanks. I have been reading up on those sites....great info for sure. Now if I could just get the 1/4 allen head off of my PacBreak I would be in good shape. I Broke one allen off already and now the stud is stripped out...
