You can get the proper injectors from PDR Piers Diesel Research. These companies have spent a lot of time and money to find the best injectors and the proper install spacer washers. The numbers are only part of the deal the injectors need to be matched by professionals on a test bench, to achieve full performance.

I got my 370's from City Diesel for around $300. I don't remember the exact P/N but they are the "right" ones. They definately do smoke a bit. I've been told that I have a black cloud trying to catch me. Again I had 300's and I really didn't see much of a difference in smoke between the two. From what I hear, you need an EDM type injector for low smoke - not cheap. Have you stopped over at the TDR??? There is a group that meets regularly in the Derby area and we need more 12 valvers. I try to stop by as much as time will let. I'll PM you with my work e-mail...

I went on DDP's website and didnt see any 12V injectors listed. Dyno-mite diesel in WA right? I put my guages in today, so Im ready for some big dawgs. I got 31lbs of boost so far, with about 900° on an on ramp hammered in 4th, Stock HX35.

Dusty, it sounded ugly when I was up there. I need to find a turbo that will do 40 or so lbs and keep the egt's and smoke down with the new injectors. Ive been reading for days, and it seems once you find a turbo you like someone has something bad to say about it. There pricy to be switching around all the time. VSSman, hows the 35/40 workin with your setup? Your gonna slap me at the first coffe night I get your ear at cause I got like a million questions Jim
Hotmopar, you been on a dyno? Just wondering what your RWHP est was.

Hybrid is great! Instant spool and EGTs are in check. I've been running 44-46psi on it for a couple of years with no problems at all. I found advancing the timing did the most for smoke reduction on my set up.
