Do you know which 1? I called earlier this week and they have 3 available. Would it hurt anything if I went to a 125gph over a 95 gph?

I wold not worry about your inj pump...till you have to. Maybe never.

With your budget restraints...you would be better off considering non EDM's. There are lots of DD injectors out there at great prices. We all played with them for years...before EDM's came along.
Good price ($300) on some 80 hp's here... http://www.turbodieselregister.com/c...uery=retrieval
275's for $325 here... https://www.dieseltruckresource.com/...threadid=75609

Buy stage 4 (~155HP) EDM nozzles and put them on your existing injector bodies for $258. This is my recomendation.

This is the one I run back by the tank. I left the stock LP in place and wired a relay to switch off the stock LP wiring and get current from the fuse block under the hood to run the pump. Has been working great for over a year with no issues. 22psi at idle and never goes under 10psi on 5x5 with even the Mach6s. Think of it, you can spend $85 for the pump and another $45 or so for some anodized AN fittings and some hose and have your own big fuel line kit for for under $125. Oh yeah $15 for a relay so I guess you're up to $140.

Well I bought a set of new 100hp DD Nozzles on e-bay last night for $200. I was also looking at the van aaken smartbox r for $265 but I didnt get it. Maybe next week Will I notice a nice improvement over stock even without a box? When I do buy the VA, will I need to upgrade the clutch right away, or will the stocker hold long enough for me to save some more money and get a sbc? Anyone running the 100hp DD nozzles? Do you like them? I am finally on my way to the 400 hp club

Put the nozzles in. I am very happy with my Jammers. I have no EGT issues empty level ground anyway. I have had to back off once going from around 1500 to 2700 RPM on a decent grade. I just wish I had a box and turbo to make full use of them.

1. I am planning on getting a fass system on my truck in the very near future. Is there anyone in western Wisconsin or eastern Minnesota that has done the install before and could help me?

2. I bought a new Van Aaken smartbox r off ebay for $245 this weekend. Will I be ok for a little while running both the box and the nozzles on the stock fuel system? Or should I just install 1? Which 1 should go on first?

3. I guess I bought all this stuff in the wrong order but i just couldnt pass up the good prices I guess I need to know if I should wait to install any of this stuff until I get my fuel system up to the task of handling the mods.

4. I am also going to order a new set of gauges this week. Which ones have you had the best luck with? I was looking at ordering the autometer cobalt series boost, pyro, and fp gauges. I want to run a mechanical boost gauge like I have now, but was wondering about running an electrical fp gauge. Is this a bad idea?

You'll see a lot of people concerned with that here but you'll also see that several people have started to wonder about the idea that the pump has a number no matter what you do. I was starting to have an issue with my VP before I put my injectors in. When I fired it back up they seemed to excentuate the problem. But in the last 700 miles either my driving style has changed or the injectors are "breaking in" for lack of a better term and the pop pressure has dropped some.

Basically, try it and don't worry if the number is up it is up. Besides what your putting in should not put extra strain on the pump. Even with knowing my pump may be on its last leg I would throw a VA on if I had gotten one (instead of doing my holly/-8 lines).

I would run the van aaken and buy some nozzles to put on the bodies you bought, then you can peddle the dd2's to recoup some of your dough, you asked about 120 hp edm's, well 100 horse is going to be BORING in very little time, you should go big once and be done with it...go jammer 4's....I wish I did.

I already bought jammer 3's and they are being installed tomorrow hopefully. Got them for $200 new. I installed the va box tonight and it was nice to see the low end grunt. I think it is much better than the ez I tried. The truck doesnt smoke at all so it must be burning all the fuel. I only drove it about 20 minutes, but that was long enough to get rid of 2 old tires
