12 Valve vs 24 Valve exhaust manifolds?

What the outright blatant differences between the two, and what are the subtle, not so obvious differences? Can I take the HTT manifold off my 97 and install on a 24 Valve? Or are they too different to swap? I've never looked at an ISB manifold, so I'm unsure if it will even work. Thanks.

You can install a ISB man onto a 12v(must shape the ports with a diegrinder) but you cant put a 12 on a 24....not enough meat to shape. I have been putting the updated cummins 2pc ISB mans $245 on our 12 valves, has been working great so far.
