I'm running an ATS Triple loc TC and their race valve body. I have DTT billet input and DTT output shafts and the upgrade kit from ATS. This update kit has high performance clutches, heavy duty second gear band and strut.
The Mach 3's or 4's would be enough fuel. The HY would probably explode and on launches the input shaft would probably go! With the Formula One Injectors you will definitly feel tons of torque and very little spool-up time.
