Ha! If *I* ever get a Road King, it would be THIS ONE:
It's the mother (and daddy) of all high-gain tube guitar amplifiers!!

A month ago I decided to do the same thing, sold my too big house, (what normal single guy needs 2800 square feet?) bought a nice condo that has heated underground secure parking where my truck fits (barely), just gonna take some time and try to enjoy life instead of killing myself day in and day out to make payments on something I don't need. Downsize to what is comfortable, take some time to smell the roses, and maybe look for some nice lady to share it with......as long as she likes diesels and camping, we'll be off to a good start.......there isn't a DTR dating site is there?

Too much stuff?
Boy can I relate. I needed a place to work on my projects so I bought an acreage but it was undeveloped so I bought a track loader (bulldozer with a bucket) to use out there so I could build a shop. Then I had to buy a trailer to haul the loader. Now I have to fix the brakes on the trailer and the hydraulics on the loader and have no time to build the shop to work on my projects in that was why I bought the land in the first place. What's wrong with this picture?

My wife and I just had the whole downsizing disscusion after I spent 3 hrs. moving leaves for 3rd time this year. It sure seems like I have zero free time. Built a shop to mess with stuff in, and I can barley finish it let alone use it for fun stuff. I'm sooooo STRESSED. If it werent for the kids this place would be gone!

Heck I thought i was the only one with this problem. As you said when I was young I thought, Im gonna have someday?????? no we do and I want to get shed of all of it. 5 motorcycles,2 quads,4 trucks,1 jeep,1 camper,3 trailers,2 kayaks,7 horses,1 POS Ford tractor.90% of it just sits rotting/rusting and with dying batteries. I cant deal with it anymore, the DMV fees, insurance, upkeep. I just had to rewire the tail end of 2 trucks cause the mice ate the wiring up and what they didnt ruin the dogs did trying to get at the mice. AAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH, I cant take it anymore. Life was simple when I was a poor single slob. BTW its all for sale, not the dodge or the misses truck, shed beat me If I sold that.
