Man, lots of people replied while I was typing/looking up links...
Anyhow, my guess would be that with just a jet kit you might gain a bit of low end throttle response and low/midrange torque. If it's low end you are after, though, you might actually hurt power off idle if you open up the intake and exhaust...
If you want more grunt from the very bottom end, changing a few parts in the CVT system might be the way...

Yea the low end power is what im after. If I do the jet kit I will run the stock filter and exaust. I like the sound of the exaust already, I don't want to change it and have it sound like a exaust off a little import.

CVT referrs to continiously variable transmission, generally a big V belt and pullies that change size in order to vary gear ratios.
Changes in the helix, springs, and flyweights can modify how the transmission behaves, to compensate for big tires for example.
Dalton is one of the common places for parts to tune CVT's for rider preference or modifications...
