What is so new about this, it is basically a steam engine but uses compressed air instead. You can run a steam engine on air too, its a neat concept but I would like to see the real world mileage to a tank of air. also for protection the tank could be placed where the pressure would not enter the cab in event of failure, basically letting the presure escape in the direction you want it to.

So far I been pretty luck and only been hit buy 1 escalade but they were only going 40 mph.

I had an air compressor tank blow up in my welding shop once. 175psi, 125 gallon tank. Blew the roof literally off the top of the shop, blew the 1/4 inch steel end of the tank through the eve of the shop over a hundred feet, and a dust cloud in the air about a couple hundred. Luckily I had gone to water the garden! I now keep my air compressor outside any buildings. Think what 4k psi would do!
