Howdy sleepy-heads.
New week, new challenges.
Rainy day and temps in the low 40s here. (better than snow.....I don't have to shovel rain)
Errands to run, laundry to wash, house cleaning to accomplish...... (I thought that's why I got married).
Sucks having wifey 3 hours away at Casa Del Shovelhead... but at least I now have the ultimate power, ....
I have the TV remote.
Have a great week.

Morning. Left an hour early and just made it in the nick of time. Unlike the fools that should've stayed off the road and ironically are now off the road anyway. No power at the house. Had to take the long way around to avoid the hills. Gonna be a long day. Hoping power comes on before I get home so I have heat. Otherwise I'll have to fire up the dragon's cousin in the living room.

Morning all.
Good job on the EMS incident Rick!
Snowing here this morning after an inch of rain last night. That ought to make a colossal mess. Going to get windy and bitter cold with temps in the single digits until at least Tuesday. Maybe January will be abnormally mild.
Today is Sunday, December 12th. Only 12 days & 15 hours 'til Christmas.

1901 - The first radio signal to cross the Atlantic was picked up near St. John's Newfoundland, by inventor Guglielmo Marconi.

Just thinking about trying to get a day trip to Lake Michigan for some viewing before the ice builds up on the shore to block the view. The waves crashing gets mezmerizing. I like to make another trip later in the season to check out the ice stacked on the shore and the build up on the pier and lighthouse (also to see if any goofs are trying to venturew out there).

I drove over the same route yesterday that you do everyday. I don't know how you do that in GOOD weather, let alone this crud we're having today. That's a long ride!

Should've stayed over. You and Kailey could sit by the wood burner on fire guard or go out snowshoeing. Put a little salt on the hill on the way out, to give Jerry a little traction with his tractor.
