who build the best 20 gallon horizontal air compressor???

Doomgaze, I currently use that compressor myself and it is a GREAT compressor. I run everything I have with it and havent gotten the best of it yet. As far as a 115 volt model with a Horiz. Tank, I would look at Emglo. They are great pumps for the smaller needs. I also have had good luck with a speedaire although I believe it was overpriced when new.
